At Central Coast Outdoors, we believe that being outside does not mean you need to eat poorly. It just takes a little planning and knowledge to eat well in the great outdoors. Here are some of our favorite recipes. Those of you who have been on our trips will recognize some them.

Local and Organic Food in Our Menus
Organic food that is grown locally tastes better and is better for
you! We make every effort to procure locally grown and/or organic food
for our gourmet picnic lunches and dinner on the dunes, especially
when it comes to produce. If we can't find what we are looking for at
local farmers markets, we usually buy high quality food from local
specialty stores like Trader Joe's.

my girlfriends and I made salads that good!
