Please enter the following information so that we may contact you in order to confirm your reservation. We will normally contact you by email before 5PM Pacific Time the next day after you submit the form.

We need at least 2 people to confirm running the Half Day Classic or the Short Paddle. Solo sign-ups interested in these tours should contact us to discuss options.
Minimum ages - Private Tours = 2, Regular Tours = 5.
Please check our Availability Update Page to see if your desired tour date may already be sold out or have limited availability. If the calendar function below won't let you select a certain date, it means we are not available for that tour on that day.
Payment in full is normally processed at time of reservation. If you prefer to make other arrangements, please contact us.
Request for reservations within 24 hours of the tour start should be made by calling us directly at 805-528-1080 as many tours may be sold out or unavailable on such short notice.

Reservation requests will be processed no later than 6:00 pm Pacific Time on the next business day after you submit this form.

If we are able to accommodate your request, an email confirmation packet will be sent with confirmation of the credit card transaction. If we need some more information from you (i.e. for bike rentals) we will ask for this information in the confirmation email or call you directly.

If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you with other possible options, usually alternate dates or alternate trips. If we are unable to put you on an alternate trip or alternate date, your credit card will be refunded.

Cancellations by Us
Once you have received a confirmation of reservation from us, we make every effort to run the trip. However, occasionally we need to cancel a trip and we reserve the right to do so. If anyone has signed up for a trip that we cancel, we will notify them promptly and offer a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another trip. Central Coast Outdoors is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, including air fare.

Cancellations by You
If you have to cancel a day trip for any reason, the following refund schedule applies, except for bad weather on a day trip - see below.

There are no refunds for leaving a trip early or for not using any of the services that are part of the trip. If you want to transfer to another trip or another date, you may do so free of charge for day trips more than one day prior to the trip start.

Cancellation Policy Due to Bad Weather
If the weather is really bad on the morning of a day trip, you have three choices. First, continue with the planned activities (perhaps with alternate activities worked in). Second, transfer with no additional fees to the same trip in the future. Third, cancel entirely with a $15 per person cancellation fee.

We always wait until the morning of the trip to make this decision because weather forecasts are not always 100% accurate. If the weather is so bad that it is a safety issue, the guide will cancel the trip and there will be a full refund.

If you make a reservation on this website, the information that you provide to us at the time you are making your reservation is collected and stored in the database for future reference (in case of cancellation of that reservation or if you wish to make additional reservations).

Securing your personal information
In order to process reservations we request that you provide personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card information. Your personal information, as well as credit card information, will not be sold or distributed to third parties. All third parties involved with Central Coast Outdoors Reservations follow strict standards designed to safeguard your privacy. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us at info@centralcoastoutdoors.com with your request. We do not store any type of credit card information.

Newsletter
From time to time you may receive an email newsletter from us with news about Central Coast Outdoors. Any company that we use to distribute these newsletters will not share any client information. If you prefer not to receive these newsletters, contact us at info@centralcoastoutdoors.com and ask to be removed from the email newsletter list.
